  4. Artificial Colors and Preservatives are Banned: Organic standards prohibit the use of hydrogenated fats as well as contentious artificial food colours and preservatives.

What do organic food customers in India prefer? India’s organic food consumption trend differs significantly from that of wealthy countries.

Organic marmalade, organic strawberry, organic tea, organic honey, organic cashew butter, and other organic flours are popular in India.

The Indian organic food consumer, on the other hand, need education. Many customers are oblivious to the distinction between natural and organic foods.

Many individuals mistakenly believe that products branded as Natural are also Organic. Furthermore, the certification mechanism is unknown to the general public.
